Keith Browning

Keith Browning, CEO, is an executive with over 30 years of managing, consulting, and operating companies.

At Method Testing Laboratories, he is responsible for strategic direction, customer service, technology, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Method Testing Laboratories, Keith was the President of Parallel Brands, Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal, an Executive at Hitachi, CEO of Spark Grove, Director at Arthur Andersen and a Director at AT&T. Keith has a master’s degree from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.

Roy Sorenson

Roy Sorenson, Laboratory Director, oversees all of Method Testing Laboratories’ laboratory operations and administration.

As an experienced laboratory director, Roy has set up ISO 17025:2017 laboratories in Nevada, California, New York, Florida, and Arizona. His early career began in pharmaceutical and nutraceuticals where he worked in the scaling of pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals from analytical to production levels. He has operated start-up QC laboratories for monitoring and optimizing alternative sources of high-grade rubber production. He has extensive nutritional analysis in collaborations with the USDA in advancing national food security and has worked at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in the Philippines on rice research to production. Four years ago, Roy transitioned into cannabis providing both internal and regulated 3rd party testing for some of the largest producers in the industry. Roy has his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno where he researched plant metabolism, nutrition, and biochemistry.

Josh Reed

Josh Reed, Vice President of Operations, plans and oversees MTL’s business operations.

Josh has over 20 years of management experience in operations and finance. He started in the cannabis industry with Surterra Florida in 2017 and served in multiple executive roles in cultivation and production operations. Josh was at the forefront of building a successful cannabis operation in Florida and understands the importance of quality lab relationships in providing a safe product to cannabis users. Prior to Surterra, Josh served in management capacities in real estate investment, finance, and manufacturing. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Florida and an MBA in accounting and finance from Vanderbilt University.
